Brett has been active in the real estate valuation profession since 2002 and has extensive experience throughout British Columbia. His practice includes commercial, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, development land, recreational, institutional, and special purpose properties. Brett has also provided appraisal services for legal support, assessment appeals, financing, corporate decision-making, acquisition, and marketing.

Known for his practical approach and in-depth market knowledge, Brett continues to serve clients throughout British Columbia while helping lead the ongoing transition of the Flynn Mirtle Moran appraisal practice.

Carey has built a strong reputation for delivering credible, well-supported valuation advice across a broad range of commercial property types.
